I believe it is the best we are able to do in India with sevai within the absence of kataifi dough, but the trouble with sevai is even in its raw variety, the texture is fairly brittle, so although the construction on the Kunafa held, my fingers can be jam packed with very little sevai parts from cutting out a slice or dealing with it.

I tried the recipe of her majesty Baklava : it had been just excellent and really delicious, very similar to the genuine Greek cake. Excellent perform.
